By making a booking with FM Hotel, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings require a valid government-issued ID proof
• Minimum age for check-in is 18 years
• Advance payment may be required during peak seasons
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Special requests are subject to availability
• Extra bed charges apply as per hotel policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
• Early check-in before 8:00 AM is charged as previous night's stay
• Valid government photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in
• Foreign nationals must provide passport and valid visa
• Local guests must provide valid address proof

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests:

• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms (designated smoking areas available)
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in rooms for guests above 25 years
• Visitors are allowed only till 10:00 PM and must register at reception
• Maximum occupancy per room must not exceed the specified limit
• Pets are not allowed (except service animals with proper documentation)
• Damage to hotel property will be charged at actual cost
• Excessive noise or disturbance to other guests is prohibited
• The hotel reserves the right to evict guests for inappropriate behavior

For our tour and package services:

• Tour packages must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellation 48+ hours before tour: Full refund
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund
• Tour timings are subject to change due to weather or local conditions
• Guides are assigned based on availability and language preference
• Additional charges may apply for photography at certain sites
• Children below 5 years: Free (except for entry tickets)
• Children 5-12 years: 50% of adult rate

• Minimum booking: 50 km or 4 hours (whichever is higher)
• Waiting charges apply after 30 minutes of free waiting time
• Night charges (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM): 25% extra
• Cancellation 2+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellation 1-2 hours before pickup: 50% charges
• Cancellation less than 1 hour: Full charges apply
• Driver's food and accommodation for outstation trips are guest's responsibility
• Toll charges and parking fees are extra
• Extra luggage beyond capacity may require additional vehicle

• FM Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest's personal belongings
• Safety deposit boxes are available at reception
• The hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during stay
• Guests are responsible for their own safety during tours and activities
• The hotel may refuse service to anyone violating policies or local laws
• Force majeure events may lead to cancellation without liability
• Local laws and regulations take precedence over these terms

• We collect information necessary for booking and service provision
• Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent
• Payment information is processed through secure channels
• We may send promotional offers to registered guests
• You can opt-out of marketing communications anytime
• CCTV surveillance is used in public areas for security
• Data is retained as required by Indian laws and regulations

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST
• Extra charges apply for additional services used
• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking
• Foreign currency is accepted at prevailing exchange rates
• Credit card payments require card-present verification
• Advance payment may be required for group bookings
• Receipts are provided for all payments
• All disputes are subject to Varanasi jurisdiction
